Worship 2

This is our second worship session at our fellowship.

I Am Thine, Oh Lord

Words by Fanny Crosby, Music by W. Howard Doane

Draw me nearer, nearer blessed Lord, to the cross where thou hast died. Draw me nearer, nearer, nearer blessed Lord, to thy precious bleeding side.

I am thine, oh Lord, I have heard thy voice, and it told thy love to me; but I long to rise in the arms of faith and be closer drawn to thee.

Draw me nearer…

Consecrate me now to thy service, Lord, by the power of grace divine; let my soul look up with a steadfast hope, and my will be lost in thine.

Draw me nearer…

O the pure delight of a single hour that before thy throne I spend, when I kneel in prayer, and with thee, my God I commune as friend with friend!

Draw me nearer…

There are depths of love that I cannot know till I cross the narrow sea; there are heights of joy that I may not reach till I rest in peace with thee.

Draw me nearer, nearer blessed Lord, to the cross where thou hast died. Draw me nearer, nearer, nearer blessed Lord, to thy precious, bleeding side.

Are You Washed in The Blood

Words and Music by Elisha A. Hoffman 1878

Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing power? Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb? Are you fully trusting in His grace this hour? Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Are you washed in the blood, in the soul cleansing blood of the Lamb? Are your garments spotless? Are they white as snow? Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Are you walking daily by the Savior’s side? Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb? Do you rest each moment in the Crucified? Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Are you washed…

When the bridegroom cometh will your robes be white? Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb? Will your soul be ready for the mansions bright, and be washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Are you washed…

Lay aside the garments that are stained with sin, and be washed in the blood of the Lamb; There’s a fountain flowing for the soul unclean, O be washed in the blood of the Lamb!

Are you washed in the blood, in the soul cleansing blood of the Lamb? Are your garments spotless? Are they white as snow? Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

In The Morning Will I Rise

Will you show wonders to the dead?  Shall the dead arise and praise your name?  Shall your mercies be declared in the grave, thy faithfulness in destruction?  Shall thy wonders be known in the dark, thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness; and in the morning shall my prayer come to meet thee, or will you hide your face from me?

Yes, I’ll show wonders to the dead. Yes, the dead shall rise and praise your holy name; my mercies be declared in the grave, my faithfulness in destruction. Yes, my wonders shall be known in the dark, my righteousness in the land of forgetfulness, and in the morning shall your prayer come to meet me. I’ll not hide my face from thee.

In the morning will I rise. In the morning will I rise. Though every man forsake me on this I will rely. Though hell and death prevent me and swallow up my life, in the morning will I rise.

Spirit, Soul, and Body Medley

Shine the light that I may see. Make it clear that I may follow. Cause my soul to die with thee, and set my spirit free.  Oh Lord, you are my strength.  Oh Lord, you’re my redeemer.  May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy site.

There will be peace like a river, praise like a flowing stream. You will be borne upon her sides, and play upon her knees. As a mother her children, so I will comfort thee. Yes I will comfort you in Jerusalem. And when you see your heart rejoice and flourish like a tree; so I will comfort thee in Jerusalem.

We are one body, we are one. We are one Spirit, we are one; one heart, one soul, all in one accord, with only one desire: the glory of the Lord. We are one body, we are one.

There is one body, there is one Spirit, one hope of your calling to which you are called, one Lord, one faith, there is one baptism, one God and Father of us all.

Because I Go To My Father

Because I go to my Father, greater works shall you do than these, and all that is required is for you to believe. Believe in all that I’ve done. My work is complete. For it’s because I go to my Father that you have the victory.

I’ve defeated powers, dominions, and principalities. I’ve given you my authority to reign as kings and priests. I’ve seated you in heavenly places at the Father’s right hand. So, go forth in the power of my name, enter in and take the land.

Believe in all that I’ve done. My Work is complete. For it’s because I go to my Father that you have the victory.

You Are High

You are high and lifted up, and your train fills this temple. You are high and exalted, and your glory fills this house. You are high and lifted up, and your train fills this temple. You are high and exalted, and your glory fills this house.

And your Word you have exalted high above all your name, and your name is exalted far above every name.Though heaven and earth will pass away, still your Word will remain. Yesterday, today, and forever you are always the same.

Song of the Martyrs

Shining like the brightest star in the darkest night, giving all in sacrifice, they suffer and they die. They won’t deny Jesus Christ and they will live with Him. Calling on the Lord they cry, “Father please forgive!” Pouring out the Savior’s love, their lives they freely give. They won’t deny Jesus Christ and they will reign with Him, shining like the brightest stars through out eternity.

Be faithfull unto death my friends and labor in my field, reaping fruits of righteousness and I will be your shield. The crown of life I’ll give to you and you will reign with me. Shining like the brightest stars through out eternity.

The Carpenter’s Song

If God were a carpenter, and you were a rich man, would you love Him anyway, would you give Him your hand. If God were a baby and you were a wise man, would you worship Him anyway, would you bow before Him. And He will reign forever more. Every knee will bow down before Him.

He hung on a tree that day in pain and sorrow, He prayed for me that day and bought my tomorrow. God was a carpenter, He was a baby, He is the Son of Man, the one who saved me. Yes He will reign forever more. Every knee will bow down before Him.

I hung on a tree that day in pain and sorrow. I prayed for you that day and bought your tomorrow. I endured the cross, despising the shame for the joy set before me.
